I don't often have heaps of time to practice so find little shirt blocks 15-30mins of practice is good. Maybe pick one idea/concept and go hard for that time? I call this being in the zone.
Sometimes if you 'try' to practice 2hrs you sometimes waste time or you can be unproductive. Some of the most valuable concepts I learnt have been in short sessions.
I also watch videos for inspiration, write down fills etc. – another form of practice.
